Morning Sky Garden Pilates
Pilates is the foundation for balance, strength, mobility and flexibility. Working with precise, controlled movements, the series of exercises are designed to engage and strengthen your core. Join us on the 25th floor Sky Garden at The Stratford for an hour of dynamic Pilates with Rachel Raymond against the background of London’s city skyline.
All levels are welcome. Equipment is provided, but please note there are no available changing rooms or showers.
