Eric Zandona is the American distilling institute’s director of spirits information, writer for Distiller Magazine and has written a number of books on the subject of distilled spirits. He has judged spirits competitions including the International Wine and Spirits Competition and as a tequila jockey for tequila aficionado’s ‘sipping off the cuff’ web-series and was shortlisted for the international wine and spirits competition’s spirits communicator of the year award. He has also garnered acclaim across the globe through his work on ezdrinking.com.
